Swan and Dolphin question... unavailable date?

I have an odd question about the S&D. I was looking at their website (not using any discount codes) and noticed an oddity in the room availbilities at both hotels. Neither one apparently has any regular room available on the last Sunday in October... for both this year and 2013. Does anyone know why this may be? It just seems a bit odd for a single day to be full over a year from now.

Edit: So I double checked and it's actually the swan unavailable the last Sunday, and dolphin unavailable the last Tuesday in October. Since 2013 is when I would want to go, I'm still wondering what's up with those dates.

They have a large number of conventions during that time, so would probably account for the lack of availablity.

Its very common for either to be sold out multiple times during the year for conventions. The Gartner convention is huge & is there in late October so that may be thre reason why.

Also, the weekend of the 12-13 they have the 2012 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic event that runs in parallel with the Epcot F&W festival.

I believe they do have quite a few conventions during the week but my guess is they are also booked on the weekends for people coming in to go to the F&W Fest.
