Swan, AKL or BC. Where should we stay?

Hi! Our little 10th wedding anniversary dcl cruise has turned into a big family affair! Now I need your help. It will be me, dh, ds's 4 and 7, my Mom 76, FIL 82, MIL 69, SIL and her dh and 3 kids. They all want to add some WDW days to our cruise. 2 of our parents are elderly and I have a ds who is autistic, so we will definitely be spending time at our resort. Please help me decide where to stay. Our choices will be AKL savanah view, BC standard view or Swan either club or deluxe room. I had posted a thread asking about BC bus service. From what I gather, it is either good or bad. We've stayed at AKL and loved it. But I kind of want to try something new. So, what would you do? What are the positives and negatives between our 3 choices?

I voted BC. Given that you have a large range, it is fairly central and you can walk to Epcot, boat to MGM, and either monorail or bus to MK. IT is a central location. I have never stayed there, but it is my dream to stay at all the resorts. Swan, yes is in the same area but BC appeals to me more.

I would definitely spring for the AKL. There is a lot to do around the resort during the day, and if you do Savannah, there is always (except for two hours a day) a "play" outside your room. The pool is huge, with a short water slide, and zero entry with different depths so it's good for everyone. There is also a pick-up from the Animal Kingdom park the day of the cruise, so you can go in and do the Donald character breakfast, the safari, It's Tough to be a Bug etc. and then hop on the bus there to the port.
