Airfare from OKC to MCO jumped from $149 to $202 one way over the past 2 weeks. Yesterday afternoon it was $164 then at dinner time went to $202.
I waited to book because by sister had not received her tax refund yet to purchase her 2tickets. Hope it goes down again or we will be stuck driving.

Airfare out of Dallas (Love Field) is $94 for the end of August.
It is still a drive for you, but not as far as driving to Orlando.

Does it have to be SWA? Have you check some of the other airlines? I use Kayak to follow airfares (they don't include SWA) and there are often competing airlines that have lower fares or better schedules than SWA for my dates.

Another thought would be to pay for your sister's tickets when the price is right and have her pay you back when she gets her refund. Of course, that would only work if she's good for the money and you have the available funds to cover her.

Have you noticed what's been happening to the price of oil lately? I wouldn't expect anything to go down.

I've been watching SWA too... and I see that the airfare I was looking at for october jumped way up since last night too... so I booked airtran... even paying for luggage... I am still ahead now booking airtran... i know southwest bought them... but they used to have the EXACT same prices... Not anymore!
