SWA Tickets 9/20/14

It shows on SWA site that they are going to open flights through 02/12/14 on June 24. When does everyone think they will open late Sept 2014? I need to purchase two seats from STL to San Juan and I wanna make sure I have all the money together before then.

SWA probably will open its schedule for those dates in January or February. Any flights to San Juan are operated by AirTran, however, and I don't think they're on the same schedule.

There is no way airlines can determine flight costs that far ahead due to fuel pricing, union contract changes, etc.

However, you are free to start putting away money now for your flights; check flights for the same time this year to get an idea.

I have idea what they will cost. Just wondering when Swa might put them on sale which I got answered above. Thank you as well.

Don't forget SWA has an annual birthday sale every year during the 3rd week of June. SO next June look for that sale. the sale covers flights from mid - Aug to mid- Nov.. 3 years ago they had flights as low at $25 each way!! 2011 was $40 and last year was $59
