SWA refund for price drop?

Has anyone had any luck lately getting a refund if your price drops, but there is no change in the flights? I just picked up a $75 credit due to a reduction in my outbound flight. I know they used to do this, but I haven't tried for a while now.

Usually only in the first 24 hours after booking are refunds given. After that it's given as credit.
