SWA Rebooking Glitch

Be careful when rebooking a flight with SWA using points. I did one last night because the price dropped Well the transaction took the points out of my RR acct twice for one ticket adjustment. The original price was 4751 and the new amount is 4660. Well my account shows it took out the old point price amt of 4751 and then the new point price 4660. They both posted as a debit transaction on the same date on the recent activity log so double check you point balance and recent activity log history.

This happened to me this morning. I'm going to give it some time to work out. But you better believe I'll be on the phone with customer service if it's not fixed in a few days!

Yes it was taken care of. This glitch along with the 3 weather systems this weekend will make customer service a nightmare for SWA as everyone scrambles to rebook flights.

I tried to book a flight today using my RR and my payment for the 911 fee was processed through PayPal but the actual booking of the flight never went through. I have an email into customer service about it and hopefully they straighten it out.
