SWA price change

We have flights booked for July from Providence to Orlando and I have noticed that the prices have gone down. Will SWA automatically credit me the difference? Or do I have to call them and to get it done?

I believe you have to re-book under the lower fare. That is what we have had to do the past two trips. Then the difference is held on account to use for a future trip.

I was able to rebook on Southwest.com with the lower fair. I kept everything the same, and then I called SWA customer service # (not the 800 #), and they credited the difference to my credit card.
