SWA- how to get all passengers on one ressie?

Hi-
Does anyone know if Southwest will let you change your passengers without making new reservations? DD and I are going to FL in June, and her friend just decided to come with us. Both girls are under the age of 12, so for convenience I'd like to have the friend listed on our reservation number. Anyone know if this can be done? All tix were purchased online (ours thru a DING special, frined's this morning, and guess what? The friend's is $1 cheaper than the DING special!!!).

the only way can see you being able to get them all on one Locator, would be to cancel and rebook .....using the ticketless funds generated by cancelling

but then you risk the chance of price increase and possibly no availability

Why don't you just call SWA and see if one of their reps can do this for you. If they can't, I don't think it will matter much since she will be with you and SWA doesn't assign seats.

I think the only time it might matter is if SWA had to cancel your flight and re book you. Then they wouldn't know you were together (or even that she is a minor), so it is remotely possible that you end up on different flights. FWIW, I don't htink I would worry about it unless/until it happens (and it isn't very likely, IMHO).
