SWA credit question

I purchased tickets for my friend and I (on my cc) for a trip in May. Just now, I saved $55. on each of our return tix. Since the tix are both on my cc, can I also get the credit for future travel for her tix also? I know SWA has made some credit changes. Thanks for your responses.

My understanding is that you can no longer use the credits for anyone other than the original passenger named on the ticket. How you paid for it doesn't matter.

I believe the idea here is that it prevents travel agents from buying up blocks of discounted seats and reselling them at a higher price.
