SWA and Magical Express

Last night I called Disney to change my reservation and give them my flight information for magical express, the CM told me that SW no longer lets Disney pick up passenger baggage. Has any one else been told this in the last few days? It's not the end of the world, except I probably would have booked with a different airline, and will for our trip in December.

you get magical express with disney resorts not southwest,,my kids just did it 2 weeks ago ..no trouble,,book it with the resort your at not southwest.

Ask on the transportation board. If there have been any changes, they'd know there.

Are you sure they didn't tell you they don't take it BACK to the airport? SWA isn't a participating airline....just added SWA flights to a clients itinerary yesterday and was told the same thing as always. Luggage p/u at airport but client has to bring it back with them to the airport.

No I'm sure that the CM told me that I have to pick up my luggage and take it to the magical express desk and they would deal with it from there. I thought that it was strange as I had not read anything here first, that's why I posted the question. I think I will call magical express directly and see what they say.

I just got back on Wednesday, and we flew Southwest. Magical Express took our bags to the resort, but we had to check them in at the airport ourselves. Unless for some reason it has changed in the past 10 days, you should have no problem with your bags being delivered to the resort.

What time does your flight arrive at MCO? I've heard that flyers arriving after 11:00 for all airlines have to pick up their own luggage.

Our flight comes in at 7:10pm.
