I will be in FL this coming weekend and was thinking of taking my 3yr old and my 1yr old to SW. Is it worth it for my 3 yr old and any special advice for us?

Thanks,
Tracey

We went in March and my 2.75 year old DD LOVED SeaWorld, she was just 38" and was able to ride the Shamu coaster, the look on her face was precious, I even bought the ride picture which I have never done. She loved the whole kids area, the jumpy thing and there were a couple of new rides that weren't open when we were there, but should be open by now. She also liked the horses, DH liked that area too, but for the free beer :goodvibes Her other favorite were the Shamu show, we saw it twice. (We went two days) We had a GREAT time and I think it is a great park for little ones, she loved looking at and talking about all the animals. I say go.

If your children are not afraid of animals you should be able to have a great time. The atmosphere at SW is calmer than Disney and you should be able to see everything in one day. If not, stop by their front gate office and get the second day free ticket. All the shows are very good ...Pet Ahoy is indoor with lots of common animals which get the kids giggling and laughing. Most animal encounter areas are well done. Feed the Sting Rays and Dolphins for a minimal fee. Our 3 and 5 yo daughters loved SW.

You should be fine with Children of that age. Load up the strollers and off you go! Be sure to take in snacks and drink bottles, that helps when you are waiting on the shows.
