they are all the same. You will get more legroom in the exit row.

They have three rear facing seats and three forward facing seats all facing each other in the exit rows and people seem to avoid the rear facing- probably because they don't recline and you are sitting backwards, so if you can get to any of those six they are roomy. They usually are in the front of the plane so you want to get in A group to get first pick. you can get in A-group automatically when traveling with a little one in a stroller or by getting to the airport early- it is a first come first served basis.

The "lounge" seating where you had the two rows facing each other is being phased out. You may or may not have it on your plane. I think lately more of the planes don't have it, but I am not sure. I despise those seats. Yes, you have more leg room, but I don't want my legs touching the man across the aisle unless I know him!

Glad to hear they're doing away with seats -- I sat there once and couldn't avoid playing kneesies with the person facing me!

I too am traveling SW June 19 -28th with DH and DS (17yr).
I am stressing my husband may be needing two seats. I watch Airline on A&E (hee) but he may also NOT need the two seats. He is not stressing though. He is large around the stomach. Not like some of the individuals on the show that needed two seats. My imagination roams and I "see" they say he needs two seats and then they don't have room for him and he has to travel on another flight. I should stop watching that show. I will probably be a tight fit. I guess if he fits, the best deal will be to have him on the end.
