I've been trying for the last half hour to check in for my 12:30 pm flight tomorrow. I go to the apprpriate screen and put in the res# and passenger name and hit the "retrieve res" button and I get a SW error message box that says I'm either before 24 hours or within 1 hour.
Checked my reservation, numbers, names, etc and even called SWA. The rep walked me through on the phone but I got the same message ( think he thought I was putting in incorrect numbers or spellings. He didn't understand either and ended up telling me I'd need to check-in at the airport. We get there early anyway because we check bags and like to relax and have something to eat before getting in the boarding line...but darn I like having that A pass in my hand before I leave the house!! Anyone else ever have this happen? It didn't even get me to the screen where it would say "airport check-in required" if one of us had been selected for extra security or something
