When I check us in for our flight will it check in everyone, or do I have to check us all in individually? Thanks

After you enter your confirmation number and name, you will taken to a check in screen with all members of your party under that reservation. You check their names, and then click check in to get all of your boarding passes.

That's assuming that everyone is booked under the same confirmation number. If the OP has passengers under multiple reservations, it will require multiple check ins. Even then, you can open more than one window in your browser and do them all pretty much at the same time.
