SW LUV voucher ?

After our flight with SW this past Feb we got 5 $75 luv vouchers.Can I use my oldest DD"s voucher (she doesn't want to go next year) for my younges DD's ticket, we'll have to buy her one this year she'll be almost 3Right now looking at 6 months out tickets from CMH to MCO are $75 a person so I'm hoping our flights to florida will be pretty much free

I'm pretty sure you can pool LUV vouchers (and TTFs) to use together, regardless of the original passengers.

I would do a mock ressie and see if it allows it but don't confirm it.

Keep in mind any time using TTFs, vouchers, etc. their website only allows 4 methods of payment toward 1 ressie, including any balance owed to go on a cc. So if you have 5 vouchers, you can't enter all of them on 1 ressie and still have to pay some left on a cc.
You may need to book as 2 ressies. Not a big deal, I'd do it for sure to use up the vouchers, but makes it a tad slower if you're trying to check in at t-24. If you're going to buy EBCI anyway, it doesn't matter.

Ok so let me make sure I have this right. I can't purchase all 5 of our tickets and use the luv vouchers with them. So I should purchase( me and 2DD"s tickets) seperately from( DH and 1DD's tickets ) just so I can use all the vouchers? This will only be the third time I've ever purchased airline tickets I'm not that use to it yet. Thaks for the info

Anyone can use the LUV voucher when it comes to paying there will be a spot to plug it in with the Code that that gave you. You can also use other forms of payment as well (with it) I used a luv voucher, left over funds, and had like a 2. balance I thru on a cc.

Keep in mind, that ANY fund used on a reservation makes your expiration date move to the earliest date, meaning you will not get a year to use it if the voucher or whatever is up in lets say three mos. That means Everything expires in three mos. So, if you are not sure/positive you'll be taking the trip, you should be aware of the expiration date. Good Luck, sw is great.

Exactly. You can still use them all, just not on one ressie. Try for sure though. At least this is how it works when using credits (TTFs).

If my flight drops by $10 pp and there are 4 of us, now instead of just getting a $40 credit, we get 4 $10 mini credits and each one counts toward the 4 max payment forms. I couldn't put all 4 of us on 1 ressie cuz I still had to be able to use a cc to pay the difference. Pain in the bum but I made sure I used up my credits.

This is why I love SWA. On Feb 4 2010 I went online SWA and purchased our return flight home for Mar 4 2010. What I didn't know was that I actually bought tickets for that Day!!! Feb 4 not Mar 4 .Two weeks later I read the confirmation I printed out and saw my mistake.OMG I called them crying , keep in mind this was the 2nd time I ever bought airline tickets and first time flying. The lady on the phone said" yep you missed your flight" " But that's OK well just move your date to the day you want". I was shocked that I wasn't out $543.00 , We had to stay 1 extra day in Florida to get the same price airfare but that was OK with me If I had flown with any other airline I would have been out ALOT of money. On our way to Florida we (family of 6) had to stay on the tarmack (traffic jam) for about an hour. So because of that they gave us 5x $75.00 LUV vouchers . I love SWA
