SW Lowerd Rates, refund??

We have reservation on SW. We booked the tickets over the phone not the web. Just found out the web price tickets went down. Would we still get the credit or refund or is it for web prices only?? Have not called SW yet. We leave in three weeks...Thanks

I would check the prices online and if they are still lower you can switch to the lower price online. You will get a credit that will be good for a year.

Go to Change Reservation and pull up your flight. It will allow you to change your flight. You will receive Ticketless Travel Funds for future flights up to 1 year from your original purchase date.

I'm not certain, but it seems like the last time I booked over the phone, I had to cancel over the phone as well. You can then re-book the lower fares on the web site.

Of course, that was 1 1/2 yrs ago, so things may have changed.
