Sw Is The Best!!

This is actually 2 stories re SW..My son had booked our fare for AUG with 6 of us going, I had given him a credit from SW I had and it was 100. lo & behold the fare went down and we got the 49 going to MCO but it said that the credit will expire on 10/04 and as we were not going till DEC 04 we were going to lose the credit..called SW and they said it will expire in OCT sorry yadada da..well we booked our DEC fare at 84 with all taxes but the credit was annoying me so my son called with a 3 way confenence call to their customer service and guess what THEY ARE CREDITING HIS CARD FOR THE DIFFERENCE which is about 260 for the 6 of us..now SW just lowered their fare from 84 to 57 and as I had a free ticket my husband just got a credit for 50. which will expire JULY 05 and my son got a credit of 200 which will expire JULY 05 also..I LOVE SW SO MUCH..Will never fly anyone else even if JET BLUE comes to ISP..

Well, I have to agree. I just got a credit for $660 for 11 of us going in 30 days. No problem!! I simply went online, and switched them just like that...took about 45 seconds, and made $660, now I can easily take my family of 5 back to WDW again...soon, very soon.

Our last trip, which was my first on SW, proved to me what a great, and classy airline they are. Our last trip in 02 was planned within 3 weeks of going, and DW and I decided to not tell the kids where we were going. When I got to the airport in Providence, I let them know our plan at the ticktet counter, and the attendend on duty called back to the boarding area, and they removed the destination from the loading area, and they escourted us on board ahead of everyone else, so my kids wouldn't hear the announcemet of the destination, once on board, the announcements by the captain never mentioned the destination on the entire flight, once we landed in Orlando, as my then 12 yo DS exited the cabin, I pointed out the cockpit to my son, and the captain allowed him in, put his own hat on him and let me take a picture of him in the pilots chair.

So for us the magic started well before entering the gates of the Poly. BTW, we didn't let the kids know where we were until we got to the Poly, which took allot of distracting the kids in the rental car on the way over, but they will talk about that trip for the rest of their lives. It was my then 8 yo DD's first tirp.

the jet blue rumor has not come to be yet but with the new SW terminal I was thinking that they would come..love leaving from Mac Arthur..used to travel on DELTA years ago before SW but now Delta has no non-stops and is so much more money than SW..SW just sent me a birthday card..luv them..Hi neighbor!! Marianne ps do you park for free at the airport with the resident sticker?

yes it is awesome! I bought the sticker for 2 years and it is really easy to get
