We're flying outta PHL tomorrow for our 1st trip to WDW...I just printed our "A" boarding passes-WOO-HOO! Now how do I know which gate to have the hotel shuttle drop us off at?

We were at gate E12 in March. You just have to tell the shuttle driver Southwest. Each airline has a concourse that they are dedicated to.

I emailed you to see how you made out with your park-sleep-fly issue. Just wondering, since I got info from my employer that the Comfort Inn does offer 14 days of parking.

Hi,
Southwest is located in Terminal E. (Thanks for the correction!)
Every time we used a hotel shuttle, the driver would just ask everyone boarding the shuttle which airline, and then he wrote it down, and a short time afterwards, we were right where we needed to be.

This map of PHL's Terminals might help to give you a better idea of exactly where SW's concourse is:

Have a great trip:)

I just checked the PHL.ORG website. Southwest is concourse E.
You can also go to the Southwest website. Under Travel Center--View Flight Status Information. Enter your departure city and flight number and it will show your gate assignment. As with anything involving an airline, the gate assignment is subject to change. The skycap will give you your gate assignemnt when you check your luggage.
