SW Flight Change

I just got an email from SW that our January 25 flight will leave Louisville at 6:10 a.m. instead of 7:20 and the flight number has changed. Also I noticed our three ticket numbers are new numbers and not in consecutive orde now. When I check in 24 hours prior to the flight I wonder if all three will be checked in or if I will have to check each number in separately. Anyone know?
