SW, Discovery Cove & Undercover Tourist

Hello! I am 1st timer to a non-Disney Orlando park!
I am in the process of purchasing tickets through UT to Discovery Cove with Dolphin Swim ticket.
My problem is this.... when I enter my date (Sunday 7/19/15) for DC w/ Dolphin swim, it says "Sorry, we didn't find any available times for that date."

Actually, if I enter any dates of my trip (whether or not I could actually go that day) I get the same error message. However, on the Discover Cove website, I can enter my date & continue with the booking process. Obliviously, I want to buy tix from UT because of the discount. I am missing something? Why can't I buy them thru the DC site BUT not thru UT? BTW UT's customer service is closed so I can't call them directly.
 
I assume because UT has blocked a certain number of tickets for that day, and when all sold, will not sell any other. Whereas, direct with DC, they sell what is still available that has not already been spoken for, with a cap of about 12,000 people.

Good luck with getting a discount, otherwise, even full price, with the 14 day tickets to 2 or 3 other parks isn't that bad.

same thing keeps happening to me I am just going to book through DC
 
I have just spoken with UT customer service and they confirmed what Lynne G said. All discounted tickets are sold out for the one day we could go :guilty:. Maybe I can convince hubby to let us swim with dolphins in Cozumel during our cruise this fall.
 
I had the same problem on the Undercover Tourist website for our dates in September which I thought was odd. Even more odd was that it was saying "Sorry, we didn't find any available times for that date" no matter what date I clicked on. I tried all different months (summer, fall, winter) and the same thing. I called UT on Friday and the agent there told me that there absolutely were tickets available for all the Saturdays in September that I was interested in.

Worth noting that I just tried the UT website again, and it is now allowing me to choose dates. So maybe it was just a glitch in my case...who knows.
