SW Ding???

Has anyone been having problems with the Ding from SW? I used it for our last trip and loved it. It was still on our computer but I never really paid attention to it. I've just tried accessing it again and it won't work. It's says to reinstall but I can't get it to unistall. Just wondering if anyone else was having this problem.

Is there anyway to get the Ding rate without actually having the Ding program. When a Ding comes up could I phone that day and ask for it?

No, you have to have DING installed to get these rates. I called and inquired about a DING rate and asked if I could just book it on the phone and they told me it had to be done on the internet. You might want to see if you could get a friend to download it to their computer and watch for you until yours starts working properly.

Mine was acting up so I just reinstalled it without uninstalling and now it works fine.

I think I'll ask my MIL if she can download it for me. I've tried reinstalling and unistalling and even the had the computer tech try and no luck. I keep getting the same error message.
