SW Ding will not work

I have installed SW ding on to my home pc. It will tell me when there is a new ding, I can even open it and read the message.
However when I click on the message it doesn't do anything.
Help! What am I doing wrong?
If anyone has any fixes please let me know. I need a ding fare for October for MNSSHP and it's driving me nuts not being able to get it to work.

The simplest thing could be that you have a pop-up blocker that is stopping the window from opening. Try holding down the CTRL button while clicking on the link.
