We have a credit that I need to call SW about and request to have it extended. We're looking to fly in April 2011 with the return flight being 4/17 so when I called about a month ago the rep told me that I had to wait till 10/17 b/c that was 6 months. He also said that if the request was granted he could mail me credit vouchers.
My questions are:
1. It is now 12:14am my time so technically it is 10/17. Does anyone know if customer service is 24 hours? Can i call now?
2. I remember someone from the boards here telling me that I can apply the credit when i book online by putting in our prior conf. # on the checkout screen. If they mail me vouchers will i have to wait for them to get to me first?
I hoping someone has used a SW credit when booking online so they can advise me on this!
