Does anyone know if the SW's credit card offer for free flight with first use is a good deal. Is there a minimum amount one has to charge. I looked thru the terms but could not find the answer to my question. Any other opinions on this offer. I'm suspicious.

I charged about $23 at a drug store and got two free flights.

I was on a Southwest flight on Wednesday and a SW marketing official was on there and made the announcement about the card and its offering. Before he passed the paperwork out, he said that you can just buy a stick of gum and qualify. I didn't take advantage of it, but it sounds good.

Are there any blackout dates with the free flight offer from Southwest if you sifn up for their credit card? We are traveling to Disney Nov 9-13th. The ad states a free round trip purchase-does anyone know if you can book two one way fares (I have already booked our flights to MCO)? and finally is there a limit on the price of the free flight? Airfare home is so expensive for our dates so this offer is starting to sound tempting!

You should probably check to see if there is RR availability for your dates, by either calling SWA directly, or post where you are flying from and someone will check for you.

Yes, you can book two one way fares.

There is no limit on the price of the free flight...they just have X number of RR seats available.
