The tickets I had purchased for travel on 11/28 have dropped in price. How do I go about getting a credit? Also, will this credit affect the EBCI I already paid for?

Unless the process has changed since I did it, you'll need to cancel your existing tickets to obtain the credit. Then when you have the credit, you book the lower fare tickets, applying that credit to the purchase of those tickets. You should have some money left in those credits after that, which you can use for up to, I think, 12 months toward the purchase of other SW tickets.

I have no idea how it would affect EBCI.

You just log onto your reservation using your reservation locator and click change flights, pick your same flights and the credit will be generated. As long as you don't cancel the reservation, your EBCI should remain the same as it's tied to the record locator.

Thanks for the quick responses. I was able to get a $52.00 credit. :cool1: My EBCI also wasn't affected.

I stand corrected! :thumbsup2

:woohoo:I received a credit on my flights. I know have a $70 credit! Is there anyway I could use it to get EBCI? Thanks.:surfweb:

The only time you need to cancel & rebook is to get a ding fare.
