dizneycc,
We tried this on our most recent trip (4-8 Apr). I had some trouble on the BWI-MCO leg (operator error ), so we picked up our boarding cards at the airport, but did use the on-line check in for our return home (MCO-BWI) leg. We actually didn't print our passes out until 5am in the morning, but we still got "A" boarding passes (#1, #2, and #3 ) ...
When we were lining up in our boarding group, we looked around and didn't notice anyone else with an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper as a boarding card. But, it worked great and we will definately do it again!

Gail,
From our room. We tried out the VWL broadband (for 1 day) and we bought the cutest little printer just for the occasion. (I think it is an Canon -BJC 85) It worked like a charm and now we have the printer to use for future road trips.
