We just did it and your total interaction time is around 25 minutes. There is about a forty five minute briefing and tour before then. I am personally attached to the belugas because I was there when they first came in and was playing with them every morning (they were so cute and playful because they were babies, technically still are but have now become used to humans) so my husband gave me the interaction as my Christmas present so I could see them on the other side of the tank.

From what we were told they are planning to do the actual backstage,in water interaction again once they get the boys fully trained. Right now they are doing it out in the exhibit and the experience is limited and you are not in the water just on the ledge. You do get to put your feet in the water but that is about it. My hubby said he will get it for us again once they bring back the in water interaction.
