SW Baggage question

According to the SW website, you are allowed 3 pieces of checked luggage. I thought most airlines were going to 1 and charging extra for the 2nd. I also thought I had seen in the forum something about SW going to make changes to the baggage allowance? Do you think the change will happen in 2007?
We are travelling with SW for the first time in August and would like know.

I had not heard that. SW usually does not follow "most airlines" practices. Until SW changes their policy, I wouldn't worry about it.
