Does this resort participate for the return home?

At this exact moment, no it does not participate in the RAC part. You can still take the DME bus back to the airport, but you have to take your bags with you. Now, that is as of RIGHT now. There are rumors of them adding all the resorts, and they now have the values and BC/(YC?) as part of it. They could at anytime expand it to all, or although I doubt it, could rescind it and not do it at any.
