SUV transportation

Sorry - I'm not having luck with searching.

I think I've decided that we need an SUV instead of a Towncar or Limo to get back to the airport after the cruise. What companies have you all used that have SUV service (many don't) and would you recommend them or not? I know a lot of companies have vans, but my mental picture is the big, plain, uncomfortable panel vans.

I can recommend Sunray Transportation. I haven't used them for Port transfers, but they have always picked us up at MCO in a SUV. We have used them several times and are always very pleased

Go to Taxi-MCO.com and click on Luxury car service (SUV's) and their drivers. You will see a couple companies there. Sunray transportation also has SUV's and I am sure they are Port permitted.

Me too! Me too! Except I have used them for a cruise transfer, though we went to HRH instead of back to the airport. Then the next day we used them from HRH to MCO to AS-Sports to MCO. Our flight was canceled due to a big snow storm back home and we were stuck in Orlando an extra 33 hours. Rough, I know. They were on time for everything and when we went back to the airport the final time, they even had the front page of the newspaper for us with a headline story of the storm so we would know what we were going home to.

I called Sunray and was told that I could request an SUV, but it was not guaranteed. In my research, I found that Happy Limo offers Excursion SUVs for $145 r/t.

Sunray cannot guarantee a SUV because they may overbook you and have to use a sub. If you go to the web site I pointed out and follow the link to the SUV companies you will be able to get you a SUV for sure.

Happy Limo offers SUV. I have used them before and they have been there when they say and have reasonable rates.

We used Sunray and loved them! I don't know anything about them not guaranteeing an SUV though. When they found out how much luggage we would have, they automatically said, "We'll get you an SUV to make sure it will all fit."
