It appears to be a tracking device.

Turns out the "suspicious device" was a prototype of a sensor to monitor tire pressure on Disney Busses. Disney installed it on that bus in 1998!

OT:

The monorail crash stopped making national headlines and after I left FL I didn't hear much about it. I am hoping that my FL friends can fill me in.

Last I heard was that two employess had left their posts and were offsite at a Dennys. They had left a janitor to watch over things and that the driver of the other monorail who survived was under observation in the hospital.

Still makes me sad to think about it.
