I understand that the atmosphere and language make it far more "authentic", but is the sushi better? Is the sashimi better prepared or more fresh?
I would assume if you speak Japanese, you are from Japan or have spent a lot of time there. I fall into neither category. So, please, educate me (us?).
I believe you misinterpreted my use of capitalization. I used it to emphasize the word. My intention was to try to find out if the sushi is far superior in Epcot than at WPC. I assume they both have the same seafood supplier, so they should be getting the same quality seasfood. Any differences in the actual food (not the location), would be those preparing it or the "recipe".
