Sushi Night

We had a sushi night last night.

My friend, Vicky and her husband Des, came over last night and began the hard work of making sushi

Vicky did all the work

It was delicious and very low in calories

We could not eat it all and I have spent today eating the leftovers

Great night was had by all. Thank you Vicky

Is it hard to put together? I've always fancied trying to make it but thought it might be too complicated.

The sushi looked fantastic. I'd love to try and make some but I don't think it would be worth my while as no one else would even try it in my house.

Looks great Sue. I just simply can not eat sushi. The thought is enough to turn my tummy. As you could tell I am a fussy eater at Prime Time.
