sushi in japan

hello all...
how early can you claim stake to the dining room in japans pavallion eating sushi before they will ask you to leave before the fireworks start?

If you keep buying and eating sushi, you can pretty much claim it at dusk and sit there all night. If, however, you are sitting there just drinking tea and not buying anything -- obviously "holding a table" -- how quickly they try to turn that table over will depend on how crowded it is and how many people are waiting.

Basically ... if you were waiting in a long line at a crowded restaurant and saw that someone was sitting at a window table, just nursing a cup of tea, how long would you watch them sit there before you got annoyed?

Think of that, and then plan accordingly.
