I think the West coast sees it before us folks on the East coast. So unless you have it taped and haven't seen it, everyone should've see it by now....
WARNING: IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS WEEKS EPISODE DO NOT READ THE REST. SPOILER FOR YOU....
That should do it.
I'll try to give a quick re-cap. I may get the sequencing wrong... Anyone that wants to correct time frames and/or fill in any gaps, feel free....
The tribes went to see a viewing of snippets of "Love tapes", i.e.- people from their lives that care about them sending messages. Then they were told the person that wins a challenge round gets to see their whole tape and have a nice tall drink. Oh and they merged officially.
There was a challenge round where they were paired randomly and were instructed to move a bark ball (or something like it) through a maze. The game went on until there were just two players. Brian won. He got to see his tape. His wife did a "dance" and took a little tour of the house and garage. Helen observed Brian was doing very well (baby grand and a new car or two in the garage....She said he didn't need the money. So that may go somewhere in the future.
Helen continued w/ her recipies. It was getting to Ted. He went for some time alone. He recognized it was a risk. Some of the tribe went a little nuts as to where he went (Penny) and Clay said several times, "...he has an attitude" (Bad Clay --- I thought that was unfair. If Ted had told him why he left for awhile, Clay probably would've wanted to join him! Clay wasn't too keen on the recipes either in a prior episode.)
Clay and Jake had an agreement to vote Ted off. Brian & Clay talked about voting Ted off. Jake, Ken & Penny talked about voting Ted and then Brian off.
Individual Immunity challenge: Some sort of numbers game. The whole tribe had 30 seconds to memorize what Thai numbers are the equivalent to our everyday numbers. It went quick. Clay and Ken won. Then they had to use the Thai numbers and East, West, North, & South symbols to go through all of these crazy mounds to find a Thai number card for each number. Clay won immunity.
There was a little more talk about who was voting who off. Not much.
It ended up that 5 votes were for Ken and 3 votes were for Ted alonge original tribal lines.
The previews showed Ted was upset that he had 3 votes. And it showed Clay talking to Brian stating that Ted didn't know "they" instigated Ted's votes. (Brian didn't appear to be part of it at all to me.)
Ted did say before the voting, that seeing the tape of his newborn and not being able to hold her really got to him and he needed some time alone.
I think that's about it. Whew. Long post.
