Oh, no! Cathy's gone! Her decision to keep Amber has come back to haunt her. And she knows it. That's what makes it worse.

For the life of me, I don't understand how the others don't see that they need to get rid of Amber if they can't get rid of Rob.

I feel that if Rob is in the final two, he will win, no matter who he is up against. I think that the jury will put personal feelings and give him the money because he is playing the game so well. But he is so arrogant! Yuck!

Rupert has made an alliance (he thinks) with Rob and Rupert is a man of his word. Don't think that he will break it unless Rob gives him a reason to.

Someone mentioned Alicia a couple of pages back. I can't remember exactly what was asked but Alicia made an alliance with Rob while Amber was with the other team. But as we can see, Alicia can lie with the best of them, when she wouldn't answer what ShiAnn was talking to her about.

I had to tape tonight & the tape was all messed up when I watched it, so I missed some dialogue. What deal was made when Rob won the challenge?

Thanks! I guess he *had* to make that choice or they would have really thought he was a scmuck! I'm sure it was easier for him to make that choice than if it were someone with kids.

Bummer....I liked Kathy a lot.

I never thought I would say this, but this Survivor IS boring. It's so predictable, so boring. I was hoping by thinking ShiiAnn or Alicia earlier that at least that MIGHT be a little bit of a curve ball, instead of predictable Kathy, Lex's pal. Sigh. They have GOT to get rid of Rob so things can get just a LITTLE BIT shaken up a bit. This is supposed to be the BEST Survivor and it's quite boring. Of course I will continue to watch, but . Maybe next week will get interesting.

Anyone else cracking up at the letter for Rupert---TIE DYED PAPER!! What a crack up!

And who the heck picked the teams?? Did Alicia and Rupert get to pick, or were they randomly assigned? All 3 older people on one team? Now, I think they are in good shape (probably better than me!!), but that seemed a little stacked.

Will Lex & Kathy eventually be able to vote Rob off if he makes it nearer to the end?
How does the jury thing work?
I hated to see Kathy go ..but then someone had to go...
Ambers days are numbered...they better split them 3 up(Amber, Rob & Jenna)...
What would really be interesting is to see them 3 come down to the final 4 and the 4 person win immunity and they have to vote one of the others off...

I feel so bad for Kathy - I really wanted her to win the last time and was hoping she might do it on All Stars, but it wasn't to be. She tried getting them to see what Rob is doing to them, but apparently they didn't believe her. I guess next week Shii Ann will go since she's the last remaining original Mogo Mogo.

This season really is boring. For me at least, I was kind of hoping All Stars would give the "good" people a chance to win the $1M. So often, life isn't fair, and evil frequently triumphs over good. Many of the Survivor winners (note I didn't say ALL of them ) managed to win by lying and cheating, and we were all disappointed when the "good guys" were voted off (like Rupert last season). I was hoping this time around the good guys might actually go far and maybe win the whole thing. But the way they're all blindly following whatever Rob says, it doesn't look good. Sigh......

I guess I am in the minority, but I love this Survivor. I like Rob. I think if he was voted off, things would get boring quick. On every Survivor, once the merge happens, there is always a tribe that has the advantage and they start "picking" off the other tribe. Usually, the tribe getting "picked" off is the one I like. I am enjoying watching the tribe I like doing well. I hope Rupert & Jenna & Rob & Amber stick together and they are the final four.

shep - The jury decides which of the last two Survivors wins the $1 million prize. If the final two are Rob and anyone else, my guess it that Lex and Kathy will vote for "anyone else" to win.

Actually it wasn't a choice. Rob asked Jeff if he could make that trade. A proposition as he called it and Jeff agreed.
If Jeff had made the proposition, then yes, Rob would loook like a schmuck if he turned it down.
I thought it was nice of him and good strategy.

I also really am enjoying this season. Am I the only one who thinks that Rupert may have a chance to go further this time than last? It seems like he is almost "flying under the radar". I know it is a long shot but I just wonder if he will be overlooked for a while. Rob has mentioned being suspiscious of Big Tom and I don't think ShiiAnn will last too much longer. Alicia and Jenna may also go soon (especially if they are both working against each other). I do like the way Rob is playing this game. He is arrogant but he is also likable unlike Brian who played a similar game and won in the ?? season. (I hated watching him every week.)

I saw Kathy on the Morning show today.

She said it was her decision to keep Amber, not Lex's. It's her biggest regret. A gamble that didn't pay off for her.

She also said that Lex told her not to give him the necklace. He would have been embarressed. He was tired and was ready to go.

She kind of aluded to the fact that we shouldn't "count" on anyone being in the final 2 yet...... people rethink alliances..... things change.......humm........

Thanks! I have to work so I'll try again. I don't know what happened. I also taped the Apprentice on the same tape and there was nothing wrong with that one. Weird!

I'm truly stunned that the players cannot see "Ramber" (or should I say "Rambuh"?), the two-headed snake in their midst. Any time you have two people that are that tight, you know they have two votes, you have to get rid of one. That's what failed in Thailand (with brian and Clay--where people just blindly followed Brian and didn't think for themselves).

I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but I haven't made it through all the posts yet....

I just have to say that Lex's "wholier than tho attitude" gets under my skin.... during last week's show when Rob was with Lex and Kathy and they were having the "blow-out" - I absolutely did not get his attitude... is that not EXACTLY what he did to ETHAN??? Is this not a GAME??? A game that Rob seems to be very good at!

And last night, "if looks could kill" certainly entered my mind - Lex was certainly throwing daggers with his eyes at Rob.

Now, onto Kathy - Amber "lied" to her (Amber played the game)... okay, last time I checked, Amber was along for the ride with Rob, she tried an argument to save Kathy and Lex and she was outvoted - okay, sorry, I tried, but it didn't work out... how did they think that what she told them would be able to last after the merge???

Everyone has an alliance with the next guy - and then when one of them falls through they get upset - HELLO - can you say - it's a GAME - and you have played before?!

One more thing - during the parting words at the end of the show... Kathy says - I really thought Rob would come through and protect me (or something to that affect...) ummm... didn't she spend the whole afternoon trying to get Big Tom or Jenna, or Alicia, or ANYONE to vote against Rob??? Rob, knowing all this was going on, why would he step up and save her??? huh? Can't figure that one out!

Sorry, I had to get that off my chest!!

Looking forward to seeing how this all pans out.

I will say - good riddance to Lex and Kathy - glad I don't have to hear their mouths anymore!! (Until the jury!)

I can't believe everyone left (except ShiiAnn) thinks they are going to the final four with Rob and Amber. Shouldn't they have figured out when Kathy was talking to them that they couldn't ALL be doing that? I can't believe they just stuck with Rob and didn't get rid of Amber when they had this chance!

Rob and/or Amber need to go. I would actually like to see Rupert win it, but it's still to early to tell. I'm really enjoying the All-Stars now though.
