I got tied up answering a couple of long e-mails right after the show.

Rob is a worm. yes, he's playing the game, but Lex did him a MAJOR favor. He should have helped Lex this one time, then let him know they were even. It didn't seem to sit well with Ambah, that Rob was going to stab Lex in the back. Rob seems to really care about her. I hope she dumps him.

I want to know why Kathy went back on giving Lex her immunity. That really caught him by surprise. I think she might have been afraid for herself, but I think it would have thrown everyone's voting strategy into turmoil.

I was wondering the same thing. Why did Kathy decide not to give Lex her immunity after all?

I was thinking that if she gave Lex the Immunity, they would have all just voted for HER.

I hope Kathy "immunities" her way REALLY far!

I know it all seems crystal clear to us due to CBS's editing, but SOMEONE should be figuring this out SOON!!!!

Lex got what he deserved. 3 weeks ago he screwed Colby over, 2 weeks ago, he screwed Ethan over and last week he screwed Jerri over. It was his turn and he got it. Too bad, so sad. Don't go crying friendship after all of that.

What a great episode!!! We missed about the first 7-8 minutes because the kids are home on spring break and we're not in our regular routine so we almost forgot it was on!! This would have been a bad one to miss!

Yeah, it was a bad thing for Boston Rob to do to Lex but just from the standpoint as a fan of the show it sure made good drama! And ever since he sent Ethan packing I could care less what happened to him! Its really unusual how this time it seems to be the norm to tell the person ahead of time that they are going to be voted out.

Kathy has some explainin' to do!!!

That is what I am thinking too. I think deep down, she knew that Lex would never even try what should be done. And thats to break up Amber and Rob, and think that is what she will be shooting for on the next show. Or at the very least, show every one on that island what type of person Rob really is. And hopefully break every one out thier purple haze when it comes to Rob and Amber.

I think Kathy is remembering her good times on the yacht and thinking she can still hang with the group. And she might be right. I could see them keeping her and getting rid of Alicia or Shi ann. I think Kathy is generally well liked, even though she kinda got linked to Lex. I think she's more trustworthy than some of the others... so she could make it.

Jenna is very dangerous right now... she's got Big Tom and Rupert on her side. I'm surprised Alicia has been laying low... cause last time she was always in somebodys face.

It will be interesting to see what happens.

Lex got what he deserved.

Even if Kathy has no grand plan, one more week "alive" with the tribe means more $$$ for her. Why give that to someone you'll probably never see again but only at Survivor reunions?

Unfortunately, Lex should have seen this coming. They all say that you can't trust anybody, and that's what he did - he trusted Rob and voted Jerri off instead of Amber last week. BIG mistake. As much as I hate Rob, Lex screwed himself.

I still can't believe the others are so "stupid" that they're buying into Rob and Amber and all their promises that "we'll take you to the final 4 with us." They've all played this game before, they HAVE to know what's going on, and they'd better break up Rob and Amber before it's too late. Unless, like Lex, since they're friends off the show, maybe they feel that friendship will win over the game?????

As for Kathy not giving up the immunity necklace, I was shocked, too. But maybe she also felt that Lex screwed up last week by keeping Amber and knew that if she gave up immunity, they'd go after her. I can't understand ShiiAnn voting for Lex, although last week didn't she talk with Rupert about an alliance?? Maybe he convinced her to vote for Lex.

Did you see the previews for next week? Looks like Kathy is going to try to stir up some trouble for Rob. Maybe she can open their eyes to all the alliances Rob and Amber made.

I have to agree that Lex got what deserved. After all, didn't he tell Colby and Ethan that the game comes before friendship? I can't believe he was so surprised to be targeted.

Kathy would have been foolish to give up immunity. I think she was caught in a weak moment where she just wanted to go home, but then came to her senses. She's a good player, but she has also been taken in by Rob in the past, so hopefully she'll be more careful in the future.

As much as I don't want to, I kind of like Amber. At least it seems like she has somewhat of a conscience. I guess I've been against her since I can't stand Rob. I hope she sees through him soon and dumps him.

Lex told Ethan: "This is not about friendship, it is about business". He somehow forgot this when he became the target. Whatever. . He was on The Early Show this morning & said he & Rob will not be friends again. He has enough real friends, he doesn't need any like Rob. What a big baby! I wonder if he & Ethan are still friends.

deadheadbelle - can you post any more of Lex's comments from the Early Show? I'd love to hear exactly WHY he believed Rob would "take care of him" if he took care of Amber. Thanks!

I missed the Early Show too! I really wanted to see what Lex said today. I agree with what most of you all said, about Lex forgetting about the friendship/business thing. I think something must have been said at tribal council, that we didn't see, that made Kathy change her mind. I t will be very interesting to see how this all plays out now.

Lex said that he & Kathy had talked about her giving him the immunity & right before he told her not to, she earned it & he didn't want to go on in the game like that.

He also said that when he was trying to decide between his friend Jerri & his friend Rob, he couldn't do it so he left it up to Kathy. She said she thought they could trust Rob & that's why they voted for Jerri instead of Amber. He also said he saw the irony in Jerri telling him Rob would screw him over. He thought it was a Karma thing.

Oh, he also said that it was editing that made him look shocked that Kathy didn't give him immunity. He did not expect it.

That was about it. He is definitely holding a grudge against Rob.

The one thing I was so happy NOT to see last night was when Rupert won the challenge. When he picked Amber first, I thought if he picked Rob to go with them, I was going to puke! I can't stand Rob....if they don't see soon that having a couple on the show is dangerous, they are all idiots!! They will always vote the same!!!
