I would think it would be much easier to predict how well a team is going to do, knowing each of the contestants like we do.

I agree with the choices made for the contestants but can someone tell me why Amber B is so memorable and deserving of being on All Stars?

travelbug, I was wondering the same thing about Amber B. and a couple of others. From what Jeff Probst said, there were LOTS of people to choose from for this series, and some past winners that didn't even make the cut. Maybe they needed some "young, cute girls". I'm just glad that Jerri Manthey is back--she's one that I love to hate!

Did read (in TV Guide I think) that some of the "young, cute girls", like Colleen, Mark Burnette really wanted back... but they would not agree to go through all that again, as doing well.

SSB always thought that they would make it at LEAST a 2 million dollar prize... if not more. CBS will make a fortune off of this season... SSB guarantees it!

Noooooo LIZ! Richard is my man! I picked him from the first Survivor. He is such a snake, but so much fun to have around, especially since he has had all this time to "study" the other players from the other Survivors!

I think they should get rid of the "dead wood" first, Amber (dah!), and the Jenna's!

I wonder who Jerri will accuse of having the "beef jerky" this time.......maybe Richard...... (pun intended!)

My only early prediction is that the Season One players of Pulau Tiga go out early.... for different reasons. I see both Susan and Rudy having tougher times with challenges and environment this time around and being voted off for being liability... and Richard, MAYBE going out early due to past history and cockiness. Will have to see.

Any thoughts on faves / weak ones? I would be surprised if any past winners get to the final three, also...

I'll be rooting my little heart out for Kathy. As for the first person I'd like to see booted, thats tough. I forget how annoying everyone is as soon as the season is over. I guess I'll have to go with Tom.

My pick for first voted off would be Jenna M. I think she was the one that most undeserving of being the winner. Amber and Tina can go next, not necessarily in that order.

I am so looking forward to this series. I will be taping each episode and keeping it.

I think out of sheer envy, previous millionaires will go early. Maybe not first, but definitely early.

I'm holding out hope that (1) Tom & Rupert hit it off & become best of buds, and (2) Tom & Rupert make it to the final four at the very least.

As for who gets voted off early, I'm praying for Richard & Jerri. LOL For the most part, they've all seen each other assuming they've been watching all the previous seasons. No one will be an unknown to the others .. except for maybe Rupert, we don't know when they started filming All Stars in comparison to when Pearl Islands aired .. if they were filming while PI was airing, Rupert is the only "unknown" that they couldn't study ahead of time. One can always hope.

Great idea! Make sure the first post leaves no doubt that there will be spoilers! Don't want people wandering in by mistake and then getting upset.

I'm rooting for Rupert, Big Tom, Lex, Rudy, or Shii Ann to win. AS for who goes first, I want to see Amazon Jenna crash and burn early.

She didn't get along with her tribe in Thailand at all. Her and Penny had a serious hate/hate relationship. She's also famous for her faux pas in "The Merge That Never Was".

I like them also. They are just guesses, and from what I read on the spoilers boards, they are no more accurate than guesses made in here. It eludes me why people give them so much credence. They were certainly wrong about who the winner of the last Survivor would be.

So if you have no way of knowing which spoilers are right and which are wrong, why be so determined to avoid them?

Thanks for the thread and the link Dorothy. The ground rules in first posting are exactly as I remember them. A link to the spoiler thread, once started, would be appropriate there also.

Amber and the self-proclaimed She-Devil - two very non-memorable contestants. They really wanted Colleen and Elisabeth but Colleen said "no way" and Elisabeth was in the middle of auditioning for the spot she got on "The View".

I enjoyed Reality Planet contest more than the Fantasy League. Will do both again if they are offered.

I agree - ditch the millionaires first. I think I would like to see Lex or Rob C. or COLBY! perhaps win. But then again, I always was rooting for Kathy during Marqueses. I would like Alicia too. So many choices. It is kinda weird "knowing" the players before the game begins for a change.

SSB - You will probable get a few PM's informing you the show is over. Have a safe trip.

My four year old grandson saw a promo with Rupert and asked me where Jon was? I thought wouldn't it be great to have an All Star Villian Survivor. We would go absolutely crazy on this board who we love to hate the most!

I have to be routing for Ethan...and Alicia (I thought she was GREAT!)...and Rupert! I think it should be really interesting to see if people try their old tricks, or come up with new ones, since they've all been "outed". Can't wait till Sunday!

I would imagine that all the contestants on All Stars would have watched all the Survivor episodes. Do you think that KNOWING who did what to whom and who back stabbed their alliances is going to determine who gets kicked out first?? For instance, IF Jon (God forbid!!! ) would of made it onto this show, wouldn't his horrendous behavior be more of a reason to oust him (or someone just as sneaky!) first?? :jumping4: I wonder if their previous mistakes will come back to haunt them!
