Survivor 20**HvV**No SPOILER THREAD**

There is another thread for spoilers I believe. I am so sorry I ever looked at it. It was leaked, the producers did not publish the list. I will never look at a list like this again..I am so kicking myself.

Oh I understand, it happened to me with Amazing Race All Stars, someone posted a leak and I didn't know, I kicked my butt  I was so mad at myself.

It's truly sad and pathetic that you can't get past last season. Dude, he lost. He is NOT the best survivor ever, because, well, he lost. You can still be his biggest fan, but he LOST.

Hahaha some people like to live in the past :rolleyes1

i know, my friend told me to look at it and i just thought someone just said who they think will go home. i didnt know it was an actual list :(

i love surprises, so this was pretty disapointing.

For me it depends on the show. For Survivor and AR I do not like spoilers but for Big Brother I love the spoilers :confused3

Big Brother takes place in real time, so there is never a chance of knowing the final three. Since Survivor is completed before it airs, you can find out everything but the winner.

A friend of mine told me the final three before I could stop him. Ugh. I hate that I know. I like the old days when these spoiler lists for Survivor didn't come out.

I love the websites that show the things that happen on Big Brother that aren't aired on the regular show. It gives you a much better view of the contestants so you aren't just seeing the edited version.

I wasn't talking about the final 2-3 I was talking about who's going on the block, POV and stuff like that that comes out before that actual show airs. I consider it a spoiler if you know about it before it is shown on the show. I don't do the live feeds though.

An interview with Rob from the Boston Herald yesterday. I like how he says he may consider doing more survivor if the opportunity is right. :thumbsup2

Boston Rob” Mariano said he saw tribal execution coming, but couldn’t do anything to stop it.

“Russell (Hantz) was a monkey wrench in the game plan,” the Canton native told the Herald yesterday, explaining his ouster from CBS’ “Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains” Thursday night.

“I went into this thing knowing this is a game. I went in playing with everything I got and never let up,” said Mariano, the father of 9-month-old Lucia Rose with wife and fellow “Survivor” alum Amber Brkich.

“I’m proud of the way I played,” he said.

Mariano, a three-time veteran of the Machiavellian reality competition, was evicted from the villain tribe after Hantz (“Survivor: Samoa”), his chief rival, convinced fickle players Benjamin “Coach” Wade (“Survivor: Tocantins”) and Jerri Manthey (“Survivor: Australia”) to join him against the Bay Stater.

“The way (Russell) plays the game, he plays it in a way similar to the way I played the game in ‘Survivor: All-Stars,’ ” said Mariano, who was runner-up that season.

“Strategy-wise, we have similiarities, but we have differences. I would never sabotage my team to make myself look better,” he said, perhaps alluding to Hantz’ bizarre actions, such as burying the team’s machete.

“That strategy will work to get you to the end, but it won’t get you the million dollars.

“I think he is doomed to repeat the same mistakes he had last season,” Mariano said.

The reality TV star said “Survivor,” now in its 20th season, has changed tremendously.

“I wouldn’t change the intensity in which I played the game. It is always, ‘You are either with me or against me.’ That is part of my personality. At the same time, you’d be a fool to say that when you’ve played this game three times and won zero,” Mariano said.

Viewers saw a kinder Mariano than they had in seasons past, but he said he doesn’t buy the heroes vs. villains set-up.

“I really found the whole moniker a little bit silly. It put a label on someone, so they had to live up to that reputation. In my own family, I’m a hero to them. That is how they see me and that is all that matters to me,” said the Florida-based competitor.

Mariano believes that Coach has sowed the seeds for his own demise within the game.

“Coach is stuck. He is in a really bad spot now. The last time Coach played ‘Survivor,’ it was all about honor and integrity. When the time came to back up his words with actions, he didn’t come through on it,” he said. “He knew by doing this I was going home.”

Now home, Mariano said he looks forward to taking his daughter to her first Red Sox [team stats] game later this year.

I’m completely fulfilled with my ‘Survivor’ experience. I got more out of it than the other contestants ever dreamed of getting out of it,” he said.

But don’t count him out just yet.

“Through the course of 10 years, I’ve learned to expect the unexpected. If it was the right situation, and Mark Burnett and the show wanted me back, I think I would have a tough time saying no,” he said.

Amen! :thumbsup2

I was very sad to see Rob go. I actually considered not watching the show anymore, because he was one of the only reasons I watched.
My favorite villain was Rob, my favorite hero is JT.
I guess I am rooting for the heros now.
All I know it, I can no longer stand Russell. I was a fan last season, but this season he is just being plain stupid.
He's flirting with Parvati likes it's going out of style, and I'm pretty sure he's married.
AND WHY WOULD YOU KEEP SANDRA AND COURTNEY OVER ROB!?
"Trying to keep the team strong," my behind.

totally agree with you.

Oh yeah, I love reading that stuff. I don't do the live feeds either. I read all of the updates on Jokers.

That was a good interview with Rob. I would love to see him back in the game on another Survivor. I hope to never see Russell again after this show. I thought Johnny Fairplay was bad, but Russell makes Johnny look like an angel.

I haven't watched Survior for YEARS, the last one I watched was All-Stars but when I heard Rob was back I had to watch! I was really sad to see him go...it's not going to be as good without him.

Rob is my Dr. Will from Big Brother! :teeth:

Exactly! At first I could not stand Will, but by the end of the season I was hoping he would win the game. He is such a charming person. Instead of trashing people, he would charm them. He was a great player.

I didn't like Rob during his first season. He came across as a jerk. But I don't know if it is because he is with Amber and is a more likable, but I really liked Rob in this season of Survivor. He worked hard and kept a level head. I was sorry to see him go.

Rob also had some of the best lines this season, like calling Russell a hobbit on crack

I agree!!! maybe he can be called the biggest loser in survivor......

Wrong! (in my best John Mclaughlin voice).

Russell lost last season because he played with a bunch of sore losers.

ROFLMAO---OMG.....Russell was the BIGGEST sore loser of them all!!!! He acted like a total baby and a big jerk when he lost!

That's just it. Russell could play this game a 100 times, always make it to the final 2, claim he's the best player in Survivor history, and he'll NEVER win it. The bottom line is, he only gets so far by lying and screwing others over. Last year, did he even get 1 vote at the end?

He comes off like he's so smart, but he's not. What good is making it to the end if no one will give you their vote.

I hope Russell makes it to the final two again...then loses. Can't wait to see how he reacts then! :happytv:
