In real life the tribal councils are quite long. A guy a know was on survivor when it was in Africa.

Does anyone else find it odd that the group of villians kept saying they don't know what they would do if Rob was gone? Amazing! I could understand if he was on a tribe that never played before....but these are All Stars!!! I don't know how he does it.....glad he is ok though. He has always been one of my favorites!

The egos on the Heroes tribe are unbelievable! I do think though that James was right, although he really did come off as a bully. Stephenie was the right move. She has proven time and time again to be a cancer to her tribes.

Personally I think Amanda and Cirie are running the show and nobody knows it. There was a clip last week where they said we can't be caught talking at all. I think Cirie is playing Candace hard and Amanda is working the guys. Can't wait for next week!

I was thinking the exact same thing, Cirie is great doing that, she moves the strings and nobody knows. She is a great player.

before the season started the four people who i wanted to win were stephanie, james,rupert or russell. i wanted one of them to win. now step is gone and now i dont want james or rupert to win. i liked james in the other survivors but this one hes annoying. rupert hasnt done nothing yes he has a broken toe, but he needs to step it up.so now i want russell to win. hopefully this time he wont tell people hes a millionaire.

He might, because Russ's ego is bigger than his brain. We'll see how it goes. I liked James too but he's nothing like he was before. I like Cirie and Boston Rob.

My thoughts on some of the players:

Russell:
So I have been thinking about the fact that Russell was taped in this season immediately after his last one. At the reveal show last season he was REALLY upset about not winning and actually made me mad because he was really class-less about it. It made me think that his reaction had something to do with the results of this season.

My thoughts on why he was THAT upset is because Russell either (1) goes out early (2) makes it to the final again and loses to someone else or (3) somehow wins and it was an act to throw people off

I think he probably does not win (whether out early or at the end) and that is why he was so upset.

Has anyone else thought about that or have opinions?

Boston Rob:
I love Boston Rob! I find myself always rooting for him bc I love the way he plays!! He was so awesome on Amazing Race too!!

James and Steph:
What was going on with James and Steph was just so weird! I loved James in his past seasons and was so happy to see him back again....but man he is quickly turning into a villan! I understand he was mad but he just seemed to take it waaaay too far.

I grew up and still live about 10-15 minutes right outside South Philadelphia in the suburbs so I have always been a big Steph supporter. However, I do have to admit she was causing some issues and seems to display a sense of entitlement at times. Also I have heard through the grapevine that she does have a bit of an attitude. Though in the end I think they got rid of her a bit too soon bc I think she is the strongest girl physically. I think they may regret letting her go in some of the next challenges but we will see.

Cirie, Amanda, Candace:
Also I don't get why Cirie would want to align with Amanda after choosing Parvati to go to the end. But I am thinking that Cirie and Candance are aligning together (based on comments the other night) and are just going to use former and current allies to get to the end maybe?

I agree. Was thinking that he was so upset at losing Survivor Samoa because he went out early in the Heroes vs. Villains. But it could be that he stayed a long time and realizes in the final TC that there was no way he could lose. Am hoping he stays a long time.

I read in Jeff's blog that if Russ and Rob could get over their egos long enough to form an alliance, they would be unstoppable.

I am glad I found this thread!

I also love Rob. I find Tyson very funny too, but he is getting no camera time! It is all Russell, Coach, Jerri, and Parvati for the villians!

I was worried about Rob, if he got evacuated, the show would have not been funny anymore. I really laughed when he said he had 'crybaby-itis! Too Funny. There was a article and pic of him and Amber and their baby in People magazine this week. A very cute little girl. She was born in June 2009, so would have been very tiny when he left for filming this!

For heroes I really like Colby, hopefully he doesn't get booted out. I didn't like Stephanie, but she is much stronger in challenges than Cirie! I don't like Cirie, she has to go!

Funny how some get so much camera time, and some you don't even know they are there! (Candace, Sandra, Tyson, Randy, Danielle, Courtney)

I remember Courtney (ick), but not Candace and Danielle! I need to google them. They were certainly not memorable as no one I have talked to remembers them either! They could have picked a more popular hero and villain in their places.

I agree totally. I am guess it's because he doesn't win ... probably near the end, because I don't see him going out early. BTW, are they doing final 2 or final 3 this season. I didn't like that final 3 business they did last season.

They tend to flip back and forth/ Some seasons it's 2 and others it's 3. I have no idea what this season is.

I don't think the players even know until the end....because it certainly is a different strategy when you take 2 as opposed to 3.

I personally like when it is 2.

Personally I think Russell was just pissed that he lost. Nothing to do with this season. He played a good strategic game and felt he should have won.

Courtney is my all time fave, I seriously hope she wins.

Parvati is amazing though, she's the only one who screwed EVERYONE over, and she still got their jury votes.

Sandra is amazing "I CAN GET LOUD TOO!"

The guys... meh. I like Colby, and Coach is hilariously delusional, as is Russel.

I don't like hardly any of the heroes quiet honestly. Cirie is cool though.
