Survivor 20**HvV**No SPOILER THREAD**

Um... because it was Danielle's and not Amanda's. You're allowed to set something down that is yours without anyone thinking it's theirs. If you're on a train and you set your bag down in a place that you aren't touching it, it's still your bag.

Yeah but you're not playing a game for a million bucks and that bag wasn't 'yours' just a second ago because everyone in the room wanted it.

What's up with 'Colby, tell her to give it to me!!!" Who is he, their Daddy?
That whole thing just creeped me out.

I agree completely. That was a smart move on her part. Why does no one ever believe Sandra when she tries to tell them something? Told Rupert about Russell being the leader, JT wouldn't hear of it. Told Colby and Company that Candice was running to Russell telling him everything. They wouldn't believe it.

I'm now onboard with team Sandra. She has got smarts in this game. I hope she finds a way to work something out. I love a good come from behind victory. I hope the Russell/Parvarti romance is over! It'd be fun to see which one of them is the last one standing.

And I officially hate Danielle! Hilarious how she whined and cried about Amanda getting the clue but yet told her crew she wrestled her down and yanked it from her! Talk about embellishing! I'm glad Amanda is gone because of it. Handing over that immunity clue was just dumb. At least open it and read it before handing it back!

Well it wouldn't have mattered if the Heroes believed Sandra or not. Candice was with the Villains which gave the Villains the majority. At this point Candice thought she was Russ's new best friend and there wasn't anything Sandra or the Heroes could do about it.

I'm obviously in the minority but I thought Amanda looked ridiculous trying to get the clue from Danielle and believe me I am NO FAN of Danielle or the Villains. Colby was right. Danielle found it so it was hers to keep. Maybe they should have agreed beforehand that whoever found the clue it had to be shared with everybody. Then it would have been fair game.

You're not in the minority on this at all, I agree 100% with you. Amanda looked like a 3 year old in a candy store who's parents told her you can't have anymore. What a childish behavior? Really unexpected coming from someone who's made it to the finals twice!! I'm going to excuse by saying that she didn't know how to handle knowing that she could easily be the next one to go home.. she's typically had it pretty easy all the way through.

I was impressed with Colby as well. He handled the situation the right way, Danielle found it, it was hers. Amanda was upset because she was obsessed with the clue and Danielle found it easy.. You can't steal things from other people.

All if fair in love and war (and survivor). If I was Amanda I would have opened the clue right there and read it.

How many immunity idols has Russell now had? He is AMAZING.

I guess we can disagree about the flipper. Yes, Candace was the big flipper but Sandra told the Heroes that she was flipping and voting with them. But seeing how the cards were being played, she decided to flip back to the Villains.

As far as revealing Candace as the flipper, the Heroes already knew that she was thinking about it. Sandra made sure that they knew.

Sandra made the only move she could to protect herself. Candace made a stupid move. She was given the opportunity to stay in an alliance and be higher up in the pecking order, yet she chose to flip and move to the bottom rung. There was no reason for her to believe Russell after last week.

I like Russell as a player but why do all these women believe him? I don't get it. The only male to believe him was Coach (and that isn't saying much). IN both seasons, he has been able to convince some of the women that he would take them to the final.

You forgot about JT. :lmao:

To many hidden immunity idols. I like it better when only 1 was hidden at each tribes camp or on the island. When the person found it, they had to be so careful to choose the right time to play it. Now, it's a big free for all. Find the idol, play it in the next tribal because they know a new one will be hidden.

These idols are to distracting from the game.

I totally agree. These players are the best of the best, they should be able to play without freebies. They can almost count on them at this point.

I agree. It's beginning to become unsuspenseful.

I would be shocked if Russell doesn't win at this point.

Colby will get voted out as he's too well liked.
Rupert will get voted out as he's too well liked.
Sandra hasn't done enough to win.
Parvati is a lying sneak who won't get any votes.
Jerri and Candace will probably go to the final 3 with Russell, with Russell winning. He may be conceited, but he really hasn't lied to anyone or screwed them over.

You're absolutely right. I'm not sure I can stomach another season if they keep doing this.

Yes, if they're going to have the hidden immunity idols, just have ONE at each camp and once it's played, it's gone, no re-hiding it. Esp. when they do an episode like heroes v. villains where they've all played the game before and are supposed to be "the best".

Russell has lied to everybody, telling each one of them that he's taking them to the final 3 (except for Candace - I think he only promised her final 5).

I'd like to see Sandra make it to the final 3, although I doubt she will since she's not in any alliance. She's the only person who has the game figured out: she knew from day 1 that Russell was in charge of the villains, after the merge she told the heroes that Russell was in charge, only they didn't believe her. She switched her vote last night once she realized that Candace had flipped. Sandra may be terrible at challenges, but she's got brains. And I don't think Sandra lied to anybody (except for switching her vote) to the extent Russell and Parvati have lied.

Like a PP said, there's something about Sandra that I can't put my finger on, but I like her.:thumbsup2

Looks like I'm going to be the only one to disagree... I think that the idols have kept this season from being really boring. Russell giving the idol to Parvati, Pavarti to Jerri and Sandra....those were great moments.

I wouldn't be so sure of that.........he really screwed JT over and by doing so screwed the whole Heroes tribe over. They won't respect his LIE of swearing on his children!

Sandra is in great position now to make it to the final 3 because she can play both sides. By voting for Amanda she makes Russell think she might still be with him. She can also tell Colby and Rupert that she voted for Amanda after she knew that Candice was voting for her so that she could retain some level of trust with the Villains. If the Villains do start to fracture like they showed in the scenes, she might be able to stay beneath the radar that much longer.

Candice was a fool for flipping. Her best chance was to stick with the Heroes and vote with them and Sandra to remove one of the Villains. Russell might try to keep her around because she is so weak that nobody on the jury would vote for her, but would bet that she will be out soon.

Last night was probably the last chance for the Heroes to stay alive, so it's only a matter of time before Colby and Rupert go. The final 3 is almost certainly going to be 3 of the original Villains, and I think Sandra has a better chance of making it that far than Jerri. It may come down to who wins some of the last immunity challenges and/or who finds the next hidden idol(s).

BTW, I am in full agreement with those who say there have been way too many hidden idols. I hope there aren't any more the rest of the way, but I doubt it.

If you believe what Russell said at tribal last night, Sandra may make it to the end. He said that he would take her because he feels that no one would vote for her. Looks like he may be making the same mistake that he did in his first game. Remember what he said about Natalie... "Who better to take to the final two than her? There's no way she can beat me in votes."

:rotfl:

Unless one of them win immunity at the end.

While the idols being in play made for some interesting TV, it takes the strategy out of the game. How much more drama was it when James got booted with TWO idols in his pocket, or Eric being conned into giving up his idol? Someone else also got voted off with an idol, but I can't recall who it was. Now, the only strategy is who is better at playing hide and seek.

i totally agree ENOUGH WITH THE HIDDON IDOLS ALREADY! i think they are running out of ideas for new challenges and they think by throwing in the hidden idols it makes it interesting to see what they do with them but its getting too predictable now.

I wouldn't be so sure of that.........he really screwed JT over and by doing so screwed the whole Heroes tribe over. They won't respect his LIE of swearing on his children!

He didn't screw over JT, JT did that all by himself.
