Survivor 20**HvV**No SPOILER THREAD**

Russell didn't vote for Coach to hopefully pull a jury vote. He said at the TC that he would vote for the strength of the tribe or something like that. That tells Coach he didn't vote for him and the girls did. It also plays into the idea that the girls are running the tribe when the two merge. Russell has it figured out.

:thumbsup2 He only put Courtney's name down so he would still have Coach's vote. He knew he had the numbers where his vote didn't matter. So he put down Courtney AND put some signature thing at the bottom, to make sure Coach knew he voted for Courtney and not Coach.

He has learned from his mistakes, so far at least.

And OMG!!! The preview for next week, the Heroes giving Russell the immunity idol. :rotfl: I can't wait. But why, I don't understand, did they not get another immunity idol at the Villain camp?

But another OMG!!! I'm going to be on the airplane to WDW for next week's episode (ok well I'll be on the layover at LAX), idk if I'll be able to see it before I get home. I can't wait until April 26, that's so long from now......

Russell definately did not vote for coach for the jury vote. He knew it was going to happen and pretty much was happy about it.

I have always had my suspisions of engineered reality TV. I don't think everything is set up, but I certainly don't believe its really reality ;)

Reality shows are in the game show category. Noone can "rig" them or interfer with the process. All rules must be set before filming begins.

Her plan wasn't even what got Coach voted out. Russell voted for Courtney.

What? So because "king" Russell didn't right someone's name down means that the plan didn't work? Huh? Her planned worked perfectly. She put a bug in Russell's ear that Coach was looking to get rid of him, and Russell did what Russell does, he freaked, and decided it was time for Coach to go home. He gathered his flock, and told them it was Coach. THAT was her plan. He got everyone to write Coach's name down. Why he wrote Courtney, I think it was because he knew the numbers were there for Coach, Coach is on the jury, and now Russell can say he never voted Coach out.

It was just a way for him to put a jury vote in his pocket. He knew his girls would vote for Coach.

Question for the conspiracy crowd.

With the number of people that have played Survivor do you think it would still be a secret if the producers were rigging the game?

They would have to pay each players way more than a million dollars to keep that secret.

Coach good at challenges??? He is/was way more talk than action.

: But why, I don't understand, did they not get another immunity idol at the Villain camp?

There is, the villians haven't won a reward challenge since the new idol's went into play, so they have not received a clue telling them about it. Wonder why Russell hasn't been looking for it.

The players basically sign a contract before they even start playing the game, they sign their life away. The price they would have to pay for breaching the contract is way more than a million dollars.

Stacey from the 1st season sued Survivor. She claims they persuaded two contestants to vote for her instead of Rudy. (the old guy) If I recall, she lost the suit, and now, I believe Mark Burnett goes after anyone who opens there mouth with a vengeance.

I think the quote at the end of the paragraph says it all for me. Mark Burnett will find any loophole he can to make this game show a drama.

You know why don't you? JT is convinced there is an all girl alliance that's voting out the men on the Villians tribe. The "hobbit on crack" is the only male left on that tribe and when the merge happens, the men will only have four left. JT has it in his head that he's going to "save" Russell from those mean women and their alliance. We'll see what happens but I think JT has been figured out by just about everyone on the Heroes tribe. Remember the little chat Amanda and Candice had? I DO think that once a merge happens the women WILL get together and vote off the guys.

Well, lets hope so, because we know how some are really dumb. Russ is going to roll :rotfl: if that happens.

I don't think it's all set up. I think the contestants are persuaded to not vote for specific people. Seriously, with the way Russell acts and treats everyone, what reason would they possibly not get rid of him?

Ohh couch, haha :lmao: final 5? In your dreams :rotfl: you should had got rid of Russ when you could now you paid for it. And Sandra had figured Russ out, finally, she cracks me up.
Ohh poor Jerry, her blue lagoon romance is over, now the cat fight between her and Parv will be fun :happytv: to watch. popcorn:: love it.

It's going to be the same thing like before, Russ will get rid of every single one and when they get to Ponderosa they will all find out.

Because they think no one will vote for him in the end.

His move of writing down Coutney's name last night was brilliant. He played coach and it allows him to feed into the belief of JT that there is an all-girls alliance.

That was great game play by both Sandra and Russell.

Sandra wanted Coach gone as punishment for Rob's elimination. She played right to Russell's ego. I swear that man must think he poops gold the way he saunters about. He is completely ruled by his ego.

Good move by Sandra. Personally I don't think she tried to get Russell out because she knew that Coach and Jerry were too wishy washy. Her strategy has always been, "as long as it isn't me" so this fit her strategy to a t.

Candace and Amanda definitely have JT figured out. I think he is in real danger once a merge hits. I also don't see Parv and Danielle sticking with Russell real long after a merge. They definitely have Russell figured out too, as do Sandra and Courtney. Even though there isn't a woman's alliance now, I would definitely be worried about them once they merge.

We only see them talking about giving him the idol. You all know how deceiving the previews are. I don't believe they will actually do it. However, I can see how they would be fooled into thinking it's an all-girl alliance. Since they don't see what we see and they didn't see the previous season, they have no clue to what Russell is all about.

Those shows are there for (and because of) viewership and ratings and I have no doubt their "rules" make sure thats what they get.
