Is it fraud to do the same survey (the daily survey on SR, for instance) multiple times if it's offered to you? There's one I've done a goof three or four times. Is this wrong?

I don't think its fraud. I know I've done a survey more than once but its been months apart. I wouldn't worry about it. If they are offering it to you then it should be ok.
