Survey from Disney about June trips

I've read some posts that people with June cash reservations have received a survey from Disney concerning June trips. Has anyone with DVC points reservations received this survey? If so, would you please share as to what the questions are? Also, what are your vacation dates, and which resorts?

I have mid-June reservations that I booked for family members and I want to stay on top of what the situation is with June stays. I know that DVC and Disney are always consistent with sending out emails, so I would appreciate any info I can get on this.

I got a survey yesterday but not for a June trip. They wanted to know how I felt about my DVC ownership, what favorable things I would tell someone I liked and what I didn't like.

There were a series of questions about my future plans over the next 5 years and if recent events had changed anything.

They wanted my age group and income status, had to supply the 1st, didn't supply the 2nd (none of their business).
