Survey card

I just recieved a survey card in the mail. Has anyone ever gotten these before? Is this from the DVC organization or from Disney. The post card sayss "business Insight and Improvement Field operations". It's signed by the cast of the villas at Wilderness lodge

Do you go to a website and type in the code? I never took much notice of exactly what part of the Disney establishment was doing the asking.

We get one of those about 40% of our trips. Since we often go with family or friends and have more than 1 villa, and they are at least all booked under my address, I wonder if having more villas increases the odds of getting a card.

This is your chance to tell it like it was. Did you have a great time? We were at VWL in August, beginning on the 20th and I did get a card for that stay.

We just got back 10 days ago. We were there the last 2 weeks in August.

Then it sounds like a fairly standard survery...Did you enjoy your trip, did you enjoy the restaurants/food, was there any particular CM that made your trip special, was the room clean, etc.
