Surprising kids with Disney trip

Any creative ideas for surprising the kids? They really want to go because my youngest brother is in Disney College right now and is a character, we have told them it's not in the budget. Our plan is to drop them off at school, pack the car and then pick them up from school early and start our road trip. We will be stopping that night in GA before making the rest of the trip to Orlando the next day. My kids are 13, 10, 6 (turning 7 when we are there) & 4. Thinking of giving clues each hour we drive, but don't want to make it so easy that my older ones guess it quickly. Maybe a puzzle at the hotel that night? Or wait until we get there the next morning. I know they will recognize the condo we have stayed in the past two trips.

We did a scavenger hunt on our last trip. Maybe something like that? Those are a wide range of ages though so the older ones would probably catch on quicker.

We've surprised our kids twice. The first time we had to leave at like 5 am to head to the airport. It was a weekday so the night before we treated it like we were going to school and daycare like normal. At 3:30 we woke them up telling them we all had slept in and that we were late. They got up, dressed and got them into our truck. Then once they were in their seats we let them know that we actually were not going to school and daycare, we were going to Disneyworld. My son cried tears of joy and my Daughter cheered.

The second time we were leaving on a weekday again, but later in the day. So we waited till they all got home from school and there were two presents sitting wrapped at the table. They both opened them with notes inside saying they were going to WDW and something to do on the plane. DD was excited. DS was upset he was going to miss Pizza day at school. LOL
