This is our 1st family trip, DD4 has never been on vacation. My DH & I have been together for 18yrs-married for 6 (that's another story!) & have only been on 2 real "fly away" vacations. Yes, only 2 in 18 yrs. & 1 was our honeymoon to Disney.
The Hubby works 6 days a week & only gets christmas time off, which is nice but hard to do vacations. He has always been a Fisherman-bass pro shop, cabella's etc. He has not been fishing in such a long time & always says no to friends calling to see if wants to go but he has things to do around the house (we have been renivating our home). DD wants to go fishing with her Daddy so bad because she sees all the fishing poles & stuff hanging around. But she has pre school his day off.
Soooo, do I surprise them with a fishing tour? I have already spent way too much $$$ on the little things like BBB & florist surprises. I know that there is dockside fishing & she would be Thrilled with that but...any other ideas?
We are staying at Wilderness Lodge. Does anyone know about any of the fishing tours, details, cost, etc?
