Surprising DH - need a little help

So this is our first trip with APs and we're driving! We'll be going from 1/7-1/18, split-stay between POR (8 nights) and WL (3 nights). I usually plan everything, but always ask for DH's input. He had mentioned that he thought it would be nice to just be surprised each day (either that or he's tired of hearing me talk about what we'll be doing when ;) ).

So in addition to the surprise of where we go/what we do, I had thought about doing something different each day that we'd never done before and that he wouldn't expect. This is also an early anniversary trip (actual anniversary is 2/6), so I'm trying to do something for that too. There are a few days where I'm stuck - anyone have any ideas?

Here's what I have so far:
1st night - arrangement from Disney florist (a cheaper arrangement - lol! - he gets me flowers every single week without fail, so I thought it might be nice to get some for him)
2nd day - have tea at the GF (we did this on our wedding day) and order a recreation of our cake topper
3rd day - going to Sea World for the first time, so that's completely new - we'll also try Dine with Shamu
4th night - Carriage ride at POR
5th day - Undiscovered Future World tour
6th day - Wild by Design tour
7th day - here I'm stuck?
8th day - Discovery Cove - he knows about this one, but it counts anyway;)
9th night - first night at WL which is new, trying a wagon ride at FW
10th day - Victoria and Albert's - he knows we're going, but not the night, again, counts anyway;)
11th day - stuck here too?

Any ideas? It doesn't have to be $$$ or even cost $, I'm just out of ideas for the moment!

Thanks in advance :goodvibes

I would keep days 7 and 11 open just to relax,or visit DTD ,or a water park tell him those days are his choice.Maybe he just wants a day to sit by the pool and flirt with you!
Enjoy your Disney vacation!
