surprises for husband

My dh and I are planning a 40th anniversary trip in January/February 2016. I have done a lot of surprises for him over the different trips but I am looking for a surprise for this trip Any ideas? Something unique and special please. Ive done baskets, the diver at Coral Reef, and various gifts. Thank you for your help!

A gift from Disney Floral in the room... matching t shirts... a themed gift basket of his favorite character (I am doing a Donald Duck basket for my husband for our anniversary trip this year). We are doing the Wild Africa Trek as our special indulgence. Maybe a spa date?
