Surprises and CL?

Hello!!

I have two surprise tours booked for my Mom and I - the KTTK tour, and the Discovery Wildlife Excursion. My question is, will they mention these tours at check-in? We're staying concierge for the first time, so I don't know how persionalized they get upon check-in with your reservations. Should I email them and mention that those tours are a surprise??

I know this also happens for guests not staying on Club Level floors but in December 2004 when my family and I had made two ADR's for dinner at Boma before we left, when we checked in on the Atrium Club Level floor at the Contemporary they printed out a confirmation of them without us even asking. So I would say it's a 50/50 chance that they might mention something about them or they might not. I wish I could tell you a better answer, however my family and I have never been on any tours before in WDW and were told were confirmed about them at check-in on a Club Level floor.

I would. They have reviewed our itinerary and printed one out for us at check in before.

Send them an e-mail and perhaps they can offer assistance on how to surprise your mom. When I booked a surprise Illuminations cruise for my family, the CL staff typed up a beautiful card and left it in our room. I should note that it was Christmas time and I had sent a tree down ahead of us and purchased other gifts that they placed under the tree.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's anyway for it not to show up on a printed itinerary. What they may need to do, is type it up by hand (leaving off the tours) and have that ready for you when you check-in. When you get a minute, you can sneak back down and have them print out a "real" copy of the itinerary.
